Alt n' Bach's Chili

10 pounds ground beef (preferably Knoche’s)

#10 can kidney beans (note: this is the size of the can, NOT 10 pounds)

#10 can tomato sauce

1 quart tomato juice

Use the tomato sauce can to measure ¾ can water

2 cups diced onion

2 cups diced celery

3 heaping T Pleasoning chili seasoning

2 T iodized salt

1 T pepper (coarse ground)

Brown hamburger in large stock pot.

 

Drain off about half of the fat. Add the remaining ingredients, mix and cook for 1 hour.

Suggested toppings: cheddar cheese, onion, cottage cheese
